ATTY. GODOFREDO D. LINAAC Atty. Godofredo D. Linaac was born in Cagayan de Oro City on April 9, 1971. He finished his pre-law at Ateneo de Manila University in 1992 and earned his degree of Juris Doctor at Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 1996. He placed 14th in the 1996 Philippine bar exams with an average score of 88.4%. He is actively practicing Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law, among others. Since his law practice which began in 1997, he has handled trademark matters such as prosecution of trademark applications with the Philippine Intellectual Property Office (the “IPO”), Inter Partes cases before the IPO and dispute resolutions involving trademarks before the Regular Courts. His Corporate Law practice includes providing complete service to the clients concerning registration of domestic and foreign investments/companies with various government agencies and ensuring compliance with other legal requirements during the operations of the companies. He also acts as Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary and, in some cases, as a Member of the Board of Directors of several corporations. Atty. Godofredo D. Linaac has extensive litigation experience covering maritime-related actions involving claims for injury and death benefits and loss or damage to cargo. He also handles cases involving the application and interpretation of corporate law, labor law, contract law, law on negligence and damages as well as criminal law, acting as defense counsel or as private prosecutor. In addition, he also advises clients in the fields of land transportation, telecommunications and mining law, including contract drafting and contract review services
ATTY. MICHAEL ROSS I. LIMOSNERO Atty. Michael Ross I. Limosnero was born in Manila on October 18, 1971. He finished his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of the Philippines in Diliman in 1992 and earned his Juris Doctor degree at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 1996. As a private practitioner of law, Atty. Limosnero has an extensive background in real estate, corporate, investment, banking, housing, labor, civil, criminal and family law. He has set up joint-ventures, partnerships, corporations, cooperatives and foundations for clients in different industries. He is a negotiator and advisor in business formations, venture partnerships, mediations, arbitrations and alternative modes of dispute resolution and sits as Director, Corporate Secretary, Treasurer or other officer designation for various representative clients. He has also established a high-tech company’s offshore operations in the Philippines, handling engineering design, research and development, sales and marketing, IT and general administration support, business development, investor relations, investments, investment financing and divestitures. In addition, he also advises clients in the fields of land transportation, telecommunications and mining law, including contract drafting and contract review services. He placed 7th in the first Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)-supervised Real Estate Brokers board licensure examination in March 2011. He placed 3rd in the first PRC-supervised Real Estate Appraisers board licensure examination in July 2011. He lectures in Continuing Professional Education courses for Real Estate Practitioners and is an active member in different real estate organizations, including the internationally-recognized National Association of Realtors. He is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designee, with specialized training in foreign real estate practices.
ATTY. EDWARD ALLAN P. LIM Atty. Edward Allan P. Lim has extensive experience in corporate, labor, cooperative, civil, criminal, broadcasting, and entertainment laws. In his early years as a lawyer, he was the lone associate of a former chairman of the National Labor Relations Commission, thus invariably exposing him to the ins and outs of labor law practice. During his tenure as legal counsel for the Araneta Group of Companies and GMA Network, Inc., he has provided valuable operational support to the various departments which included drafting of company handbooks and policies, investigation and resolution of workplace violations, drafting and review of a wide array of contracts, representing the company before different government agencies and offices, and ensuring that the day-to-day endeavors of the company are compliant with local and international law standards. Since venturing into private practice, he has branched out to litigation, taking on the unique needs of an assortment of clients. Moreover, he presently represents several Business Process Outsourcing firms which requires his knowledge of US state and federal laws affecting call centers. Atty. Lim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management at the Ateneo De Manila University and his Bachelor of Laws and Letters at the University of the Philippines College of Law. He is a member of the U.P. Alpha Sigma Fraternity. |
